Six seven! Don't just read it: Play 67 Join the chat
The games were built in the browser, so every computer already has them. Here is how to make it feel like a real app.
Install from Chrome, Edge or Brave
- Open 67ez.com.
- Look for the install icon at the right end of the address bar (a small monitor with an arrow), or open the menu and choose Install 67 EZ.
- Click Install.
You get a window of its own, a shortcut in your start menu or dock, and no browser chrome. Works on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Firefox and Safari
Both run the games perfectly; neither installs web apps the same way. Bookmark it, or use the full-screen key (F11 on Windows and Linux, Control-Command-F on a Mac) for the same effect.
Keyboard controls
- 67 Rush: left and right arrows (or A and D) change lane. Space or up arrow hops.
- 67 Tap: space or enter taps. The keys 6 and 7 also work, because they had to.
Desktop installers
Native installers (Windows .exe, macOS .dmg, Linux AppImage) are in preparation and will appear on the download page. They are the same game wrapped in a small window; the advantage is a proper icon and no browser at all.
Performance
Both games draw on a canvas at your monitor's refresh rate. On a 120 Hz screen 67 Rush runs at 120 frames per second, which makes it noticeably easier to read the far signs. If your laptop fan spins up, that is the canvas glow effects; there is no setting for it yet, but it is on the list.
One warning
Playing 67 Tap on a mechanical keyboard in an open-plan office is a decision. We are not responsible for it.
