67 in Roblox and Fortnite: Emotes, Usernames and Lobbies

The six seven meme lives in games too. How players use it in Roblox and Fortnite, the emote situation, and the usernames that got there first.

Any meme popular with twelve-year-olds ends up in Roblox and Fortnite within a week. 67 took about a day.

Roblox

  • Usernames. Anything with 67 was taken by mid-2025. "Six7", "SixSeven", "67kid" and every variant with underscores are gone. The market for them is real, which is absurd and true.
  • Chat. "67" in chat is the standard greeting in a lobby. It is also the standard reply to anything, which makes some lobbies unreadable and, honestly, kind of beautiful.
  • Emotes and animations. Several user-made games added a gesture animation: palms up, alternating. Some obby (obstacle course) games have a "67 stage" where the platforms are 6s and 7s.
  • Games about it. There are dozens of "67 simulator" and "tap 67" experiences. Most are a button. Ours is also a button, but ours has a world map.

Fortnite

  • The emote. There is no official 67 emote as of this writing, and the community has been asking loudly. Players improvise with existing shrug-style emotes timed to the beat.
  • Lobby behaviour. Saying "six seven" in voice chat after any 6 or 7 on the scoreboard is standard. Being the 67th player eliminated is a badge.
  • Creative maps. Custom maps with 67-themed courses appeared quickly. Some are genuinely good. Most are a giant number and a ramp.

Why games and not just videos

Because games are where kids already are, together, with a chat box. A meme that is a greeting needs a place to greet. The gesture works in a hallway; "67" in a lobby is the online hallway.
