What the Easter egg does
For a second or two after the results load, the whole page tilts and shakes, as if someone bumped the screen. It is subtle enough that people initially thought their phone was glitching. Then the videos started: "is your Google broken? Search 67." It is intentional. Google confirmed it, in the way Google confirms these things, which is by not removing it.
How to trigger it

Why a wobble?
The best guess is that it imitates the hand gesture: the page weighs itself up and down, like the palms. It is also the cheapest possible animation, which fits a meme that is famous for being nothing.
